Den K\u00e4se zerkr\u00fcmeln. Den Speck klein w\u00fcrfeln und die Zwiebel fein hacken. Rosmarin fein hacken. Champignons entstielen und Stiele fein schneiden. H\u00fcte beiseite stellen. Butter in einer Pfanne zergehen lassen und die Zwiebel darin glasig d\u00fcnsten. Bak de spekblokjes in een andere pan knapperig.Champignonstiele 5-7 Minuten mit der Zwiebel mitd\u00fcnsten. Speckw\u00fcrfel in einer anderen Pfanne knusprig braten. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und auf K\u00fcchenkrepp abtropfen lassen. Speckw\u00fcrfel zusammen mit Rosmarin und K\u00e4se zur Champignonmischung geben. Die Mischung unter R\u00fchren kurz erhitzen und damit die Pilzh\u00fcte f\u00fcllen. In eine bebutterte Ofenform geben und in die Mitte des Ofens stellen.
