Den Fonduetopf von innen mit der Knoblauchzehe einreiben. Den Wei\u00dfwein in den Fonduetopf gie\u00dfen und bis zum Siedepunkt erhitzen (nicht kochen lassen). Anschlie\u00dfend den geraspelten K\u00e4se nach und nach unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren dem Wei\u00dfwein hinzuf\u00fcgen. Weiterhin r\u00fchren, bis das K\u00e4sefondue eine glatte Masse ist. Maizena in 2 EL Wasser l\u00f6sen und zum K\u00e4sefondue hinzugeben. Alles noch kurz durchr\u00fchren und noch einige Minuten bei geringer Hitze kochen lassen.
