Eine Knoblauchzehe sch\u00e4len und quer halbieren. Den Fonduetopf damit ausreiben. Wein zusammen mit Zitronensaft in den Topf f\u00fcllen. Bei milder Hitze erw\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geriebenen K\u00e4se nach und nach dazugeben und unter R\u00fchren in ca. 5 Minuten darin aufl\u00f6sen. Speisest\u00e4rke mit Kirschwasser glatt r\u00fchren. Dazugie\u00dfen und unter die K\u00e4semasse r\u00fchren. Fondue einmal aufkochen lassen. Die K\u00e4sesauce sollte den L\u00f6ffel mit einem d\u00fcnnen Film \u00fcberziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit wei\u00dfem Pfeffer und Muskat gut w\u00fcrzen.
